Receptionist had communication issues. Could not converse in English. Reserved a room with queen bed, got double bed instead. Bathroom shower curtains had stains. The room Air conditioning was not effective, refrigerator had a bad smell. Room was not cool enough

very rude & arrogant they do not know how to run a business, unorganized, disrespectful after confirming my reservations for 4 nights get there they only had 2 nights after sending them my dates i was going to be there and asking them to email me back confirming the reservations (which they did) luckily i found another place to stay...
