No.

Coach is a good guy though. There's a reason why I've never picked a fight with him all these years.
-
No.
That's sad to hear, but this industry is full of 'trainers' like you :-\

Sad to see board members that insult people trying to help other members. :-\

What are you talking about? His programs flat out work.

It's a noble act, but how helpful is someone who believes there's no different between a strength- & weight loss program?

Did I said something about his program? No, since I never saw it.

Yes but coach combines strength and conditioning and makes a living at it. All "trainers" have different philosophies.
If someone asks me for help losing weight I combine the two because training (which increases strength and endurance) also helps burn fat with the right diet.

I will never post his programs no matter how much we fight
Im going to limit myself to only doing photoshops of him instead of full out fights :D thats the best I can do :-X

He's saying they don't have to be mutually exclusive.
-
I'll need therapy after the dynamic warm up
I actually do love the look of the program. I stuck to 100 days of not knowing wtf I was doing so I will stick to this

Yeah ok, but that's only up to a certain level and some folks have that much excess weight, that losing body fat is their #1 concern.
-

I don't know much about this, but I assume a morbidly obese person would need to focus on weight loss, then strength? Again, I could be dead wrong!
-
He does have his positive qualities.

No difference. Don't fall for it.
I'd actually have to agree with this.
-
I should do the Chaos program and just start flipping tires while they're still on cars!

Explain this quote. Personally I'm not concerned about "weight" losing "weight" consists of losing water, fat and MUSCLE. If you program for fat loss the weight is going to drop anyway. Unless they're trying to make a weight class for an event I couldn't careless how much "weight" they lose. We're trying to change body composition not just lose "weight".

The bold part describes exactly the goal with most of my clients. It all depends on how high a client wants to raise the bar. When someone wants to become extremely lean or extremely strong, then you can't put them on a 'one-size-fits-all' training & diet regimen. The strongest ones aren't the leanest ones, and the leanest ones aren't the strongest ones.
