This is a bit weird. During the week when I eat clean and starchy carb free, I've found that I can skip a day between bowel movements. However, there's that part of me that fears experiencing "Intestinal Distress" in a place where there's no men's room. So, I try to take a dump every day, sometimes forcing it.
My question is when you get close to contest time and are eating very little, how often do you "evacuate"?
