Well … you will hear a lot of things about me but not all of them are true ... ya I train Arafat and he is doing extremely well ... since I started training them they all feel much better and ready for any challenge … no competition yet as all of the big shows will be in September in our region so we will c what happens then.

and here in our county we ((well come them and even respact their religion and build a church in our country so they feel like home... i thought its about the sport and exchanging every one thoughts and ideas of what he/she think in bodybuilding range not taking the politics side....
it doesn't mean if one American killed any one in my town that all the Americans are killers! (guys ... wake up and stay in bodybuilding) and what happended in 9/11 is crazy and i with my family MOURN all who fall victim to that attack.... it was totally not fair .. till today i wish i could go back in time and save what happened in that date :'( i wish u get my point all of you.. i really don't mind to smoke me like last time and saying all the crab about my body and look (at least we all having fun + we still in bodybuilding) i really do respact HRDCOR, he was tough on me but still its not personal, its just what he think and see.... alamini , I see so these are all your charges ,as in you do what for them, ???? nutrition , drug advice etc etc ,I do have to give credit where credit is due some of the guys look amazing thats for damm sure ,still I dont agree with your stance on the Natural Compettitions,and that has caused a lot of disscusion on this board and in the gyms(which is a good thing) but that is in no way reflected on the quality of the physiques ,the guys are awesom but just not to sure on there approach to being straight and honest in the sport ,remember we reap what we sew !!

thanx for the comments,,, i have to check with ALIAMINI which show we r going to do in this year, so far we r working on the offseason and he is doing great with me and taking care on my weak parts........ but for sure i am aiming for the NPC if it worked out

ALIAMINI dont see US much coz of his work out the country, so give Us the new training programs and shoot Some times a video or photos.. for his records and to show others what he is doing and how we win shows and also to compair them with the next time he change the programs, really i dont see it wrong or strange to do that but only if u want to pick on him on any things he come up with like (TEAM THE GAME) ;) and for the information ALIAMINI now taking care of almost the best guys in (GCC) its 6 countries in Gulf..so i guess i am lucky to be one of them ;D and soon we gonna have a strong and undefeated team in each class. :o

I never sold drugs in my life … nor do I intend to …
I help him prepare for a show … in thins region people address me as a “Contest Preparation Specialist” I do their training + nutrition and supplementation plan … help them with posing and do their PR.
I choose the shows that they do and if they want to do a show which is not in the plan they discuss with me and if we reach to a solution we do the show if not then we don’t do it.
I establish the relation between the federation to make sure my athletes don’t get screwed and try to know who is competing and who are the judges … it is not always easy to get all the info. And I shouldn’t be dieting when they do, so one of us can think straight. 8)
Sami is one of the greatest athletes that I have and he is the most intelligent and most willing to learn … takes criticism with open mind … but can be a pain in the asss when on low carb. ;D

What exactly is the difference between using steroids in a natural show, and a man competing in the womens division??
Steroid users who compete as naturals and make excuses for it don't have any decency.
It's just as much cheating as a grown man competing against women... why not?... don't all the excuses still hold for this situation?
Why stop there?
Why not enter the teenage division?
Why not?
What's the difference?
An unfair advantage is an unfair advantage, cheating is cheating... why be so finicky about the degree of cheating?
What about entering the Para-Olympics? You'd win all the leg poses.

Why the attitude? I think sami has a great physique. I just think he's doing himself no favours claiming to be a natural then having his "coach" openly say he's anything but natural. I'm a true natural competetor and it pisses me off that guys try and cheat the system. I honestly dont understand why. Maybe you could explain to me what rewards you feel you reep from beating guys knowing the only reason you have won is because you have cheated.
I would feel it to be a hollow victory. I love competition in all aspects. But the best thing about competing against other guy's is beating them knowing I was the better man and it was down to me and my ability not due to the fact i have cheated.
You say all guy's who compete in natural comps should be aware that if they want to win they need to break the rules. Thats total rubbish. There are natural competitions and non-tested shows for a reason. Natural shows are NOT for guys who juice and still can't hack it in the non-tested shows.
Funny thing is i think sami would do well in the non tested shows. Shame he's now going to have a lousy rep that will undoubtedly follow him around :-\

Why would you post that your athletes are using on a public board? It makes the sport lok bad. I also don't understand why your athletes are not pulled out of the worlds or disqualified. That is what the IOC does when the know of doping.IFFB is lame for not having the same rules.
That being said there are a few guys that competed in that show natural.
Some competitors actually think that cheatiing is bad for sport.
But if your teams only goal is to win by any means and hope not to fail at the test then good luck to you.
It only provres that morality can be sold and it is not like these athletes are making their living at it.
I guess I should go load the the deck the next time I play cards with my Grandma.

if I ever lost to a member of team the game I'd wait until the next show we were in together and drop a 45lbs plate on that dude's foot, then when they asked me why I did it I'd say I didn't cheat I was just playing within the rules of gravity....don't hate the playa hate the game.

I'm afraid i do. Maybe not musclemania but other more reputable organisations. There are true natural feds and having guys who are not natural pretending to be so is a blemish or true naturals and makes a joke of the guys commiting the con.
If beating the test is how you do it aliamini why bother competing in a supposed natural comp? why not just stay on, not have to worry about passing a test and have you're boys go into non tested shows?
The whole thing is kinda pathetic, and i'm sure by all the response you have gotten on this thread that everyone here doen'nt share you're views.

He has always been an inspiration for bodybuilders over or approaching 40 …

Sami has to claim he is natural because of where he lives--Bahrain. They do not have freedom of speech and their government monitors the net. He is afraid that if he is honest about his drug use then he will get a visit from the Bahraini police. I don't think their jails are air conditioned.
