No one is patient anymore. They crash diet and blast gear...

Bodybuilding died when Ronnie and Jay kept trying to be heavier IMO. The freak became the expectation.

The aesthetic guys get nothing now... Everyone wants to look like an oil filled bag from YouTube.

Yes, but you still have to have a complete physique to back it up. Dexter Jackson continues to place very well after all of these years, and he clearly isn't a mass monster. I think its actually starting to slowly shift in the other direction.

Disagree on crash diets. Most are still eating a ton of food which may be part of the problem, too.
Crash diets were more around back in the day (Mentzer, Zane, etc.)

The most curious thing is his glutes areas condition is the best among his bodyparts. From the front, he holds lots of water. His back is also holding water ECXEPT GLUTES.

The glutes area was the most difficult area to dial in back then....What is happening?
