It certainly works for me. I know what a stubborn muscle calves are for some people so try it. Just one set of 20, 3 times a week.

You can't handle enough resistance doing 20 rep sets to make very little difference in your calfs... high reps all bullshit... Yeah and I agree don't live in filth...
