I dont think ive ever spent this amount of exercises or sets per one chest session....ever. Maybe this is why i will never look as good as this dude
Is this how real volume routines are done? Just seems so repetitive, hitting the same movement over and over, with a machine press, then some machine press, ec ec etc...

The reason you won't look as good this guy is because of genetics. His chest would still look pretty identical to what it looks now if he did another routine instead.

True, so honestly even if this dude was doing 3 exercises on chest day with 10 reps a set, his chest would look the same? So his current routine is likely just overtraining then?

I think some BB's prefer volume because of the superior pump it gives, but in the grand scheme of things, how much more gains does it produce compared to a more standard routine? Not much, if any, I'd imagine. A genetically gifted individual or a genetically strong body part should grow on any routine.

Don't forget all the supplements he uses.

This is an interesting point, because as I transition to a *cough* "older" lifter, it seems that lighter weights with higher volume and TUT would be more beneficial to my joints and nagging injuries, but I am scared to leave "gainz" on the table (Christ, what a lifting lunkhead I am)
