monday/ thursday, (i rotate barbells and dumbbells)
incline bench
flat bench
weighted dips
pullover
dumbbell shoulder press
bb upright rows
lateral raises
shrugs
skull crushers/close grip bench
overhead extensions
pushdowns
tues/ friday
squats
leg press or barbell lunges
seated calf raises
standing calf raises
deadlifts
rows (barbell or dumbbell)
chins
barbell curls
db curls
preacher curls
hammer curls
reverse curl or wrist curl
abs are done after workouts, i do 3 working sets on every exercise, except deadlifts, and calf's
im trying to gain size and strength

just had a quick look and from what i can see that's a good selection of different exercises... now the "only" things that are left is doing that week after week after week, eat a lot and be patient :)

How many sets you doing per exercise?
Blutos right,good choice of exercises but if ur doing 3 sets pers exercise that lik 18 sets for tris a week, and 24 sets for chest etc etc.

R U doing back & legs in the same workout?

looks good to me unless you do, do legs and back in teh same workout.

i do back and legs in the same workout, my legs are really good, by far my best body part, im one of the luck people who have naturally big legs and calves, my calves measure 16 inches and i have very big thighs, a nice tear drop, so i mainly just hit legs for the test boost you get from doing squats, not a huge concern right now,
