Title: Why Do Fitness Models/Bodybuilders Completely Disappear in the OffSeason?

12 weeks before the Olympia/expo you start seeing new pictures of them leading up to the show/event. Then after that, you never see anything new from them again for a whole year/6 months.

They need to give theier bodies a break. If they wanna do appereances year round they'd end up like Munzer.

I know some people who try to look contest ready and lean most of the time...mostly amateurs and then they wonder why they never improve.

I don't believe you need to blow up but I also don't believe you should try and stay very lean.

You can't stay in top condition year round. I follow that Pauline Nordin on Insta and she's all about staying shredded year round....yeh you weigh 110 build some muscle then see how your body responds.

It's not offseason, but it's schmoe season.  They end up being escorts and doing crazy schmoe shit to make money prior to their dieting season so they can afford all the HGH and gear.
