I hit Chest but due to my cold (11 fucking days now),I was forced to go lighter. :'(
To compensate,I trained with less rest........good workout,now I gotta` start eating better. :P

Just done arms, I too have a cold so went light.
Started off on close grip bench, went to 3 plates a side for 1 and spent about 90% of my energy. The rest was pretty paltry.

Legs, but tonight. Fuckin' hate training during the day. Lots of people sneezing last night sounding sick here too. Will wear a condom when I sodomize my bf tonight just to me safe.

Legs, 5 or 6 sets of squats last set lighter for more reps, 5 sets leg ext, 5 sets leg curl.

off lifting day today so it was cardio. Ran 3 miles on a treadmill after warm up and cool down. Then I hit the heavy bag for two three minute rounds. Tomorrow is back and chest.
