Day 1. Chest & bis
Day 2. Hams & calves
Day 3. Shoulders & traps
Day 4. Back & tris
Day 5. Quads, abs & forarms
What yall think?

A lot of people do the "back/triceps" day but think it's too much for one day.
On that given split, I'd do triceps on shoulders/traps day.
But... You got them stars under your name and got a feeling you know what's best for you.

You ask him not to do chest, bi's but have him do chest twice in the week, lol!

Yes sir, try to do between 30 to 60 of cardio too. Leg days, not so much!
-
Yes. I meant shoulders on Mondays along with Triceps. Thank you for the public dressing down. It was well deserved.

Good plan

Good, if wanting the 5 days thing.
Just suggest switching #4 day with #5 day. Have the quad day separating the back & triceps from the shoulders and traps days.
Gives extra rest because the back/triceps muscles are pretty much getting worked on the shoulder/traps days and vice versa. It's like working those groups two days in a row, which is not a great idea. Quads thrown in between the middle of those day gives better recovery time. Your choice, but forearm work after biceps.
Good Luck.

M back bi calves

Day 1. Chest & bis
Day 2. Hams & calves
Day 3. Shoulders & traps
Day 4. Back & tris
Day 5. Quads, abs & forarms

Good split.
It's not a lot different than the one I am currently using.
Day 1. Arms - bis, tris and forarms
Day 2. Hams and calves
Day 3. Back
Day 4. Delts, traps and abs (I do some ab work at the end of my workout each day).
Day 5. Chest
Day 6. Quads and calves
Need to do....add in 20 minutes of cardio each day. Maybe next week.

Hopefully my schedule will change soon for the better(trying to purchase a gym) and I can incorporate a 6 day split,I like this way u can split it up and change things to b geared towards improving body parts better or just have a shorter but real intense training period with some cardio.
Like mine now if I hammer chest then the triceps are fucked at the end and can't really be trained using as heavy weights or intense as I've just destroyed chest. Lots of options but I'm of the opinion changing every so often helps alot to keep interesting.

nothing like a good arm pump... can really concentrate on lower arms too.
