Coach would have predicted this. There are other events on youtube.

They could have at least picked a bber who didn't run like he had shit himself and knew not to fall over after 5 steps. What a retard.

um... ya... find a bodybuilder that was athletic and quick before their bodybuilding days...... one example.... i've used before...i think in the football player thread...... Ray McNeil.....
-
Levrone held his own there haha
-
Sprinters quads were pretty big too. Kevin was still very quick for a 250 pound dude who didn't train to run. He was definitely gifted in that category even though he didn't focus on that particular discipline.

I've seen some huge fatties run blazingly fast
these guys make great running backs
-
Levrone was a fucking insane athlete... Fml....
-
Pulled a hammy doing exactly that when my training partner thought doing sprints on the local football field was a good change for cardio.
Black & blue for a few weeks.

Watch the rest of the tapes. That huge bodybuilder beat the D1combine guys in the bench, verticle leap and long jump. I don't know his name but it was incredible the power that bodybuilder had.

Joel Thomas is a badass BB. He kicked those football players ass. Not bad benching 315# for 34 reps. Very impressive jumping.

Ben Johnson can tell us all a thing or two about how anyone can run blazingly fast if they have the doping knowledge lol

Before i even saw the video i was thinking about torn hamstring 99% risk!
Maximum sprint take about 1 year to trin for if your main sport is bodybuilding!

You have to admit they could have chosen someone less... unsuitable (I am being very kind here) to run. Ignoring the shitty leg movement, horrible build and technique, he fell over. I don't think I could purposely start a sprint and fall over before the 40 yard line if I tried. You're pulling head up around that stage.
