He's using. When Levrone is completely off he shrinks up big time; looks like he never picked up a weight in his life.

yes, its fairly recent, from Levrones instagram

could've been from the same event where the Ronnie elbow/Kai pic was taken

Kai appears to be wearing the same blue hoodie but we know he wears the same thing often

WOW, so the best in the world, Mr O, appears wider than a retired, alcoholic, messing-around-Kevin who is closer to 50. What an accomplishment! ;D

However, Mr O also appears unhealthy and overweight in contrast to Levrone. You can't get big and wide just like that at no expense, and Phil traded 'cuts' for 'puffs'.

Kevin is definitely stronger than Phil right now, and always.

Phillip looks huge, and not in a good way. (That's the nicest way of putting it.)
