He has cut military spending, focused on the environment (it's more important then our economy, the economy relies on it), recovered the US the fastest of the G7 countries, ended discrimination against gays (I know you think this is bad, but discrimination is always bad mmkay?..good discrimination is..... discrimination) and more. He has made some errors, his handling of ISIS, while in line with what i think is best (no troops or minimal, drones or airstrikes until if/when it fails), some argue otherwise. I can't see the point of wasting more money (the US has it's own issues, it's absurd when juxtaposed) and lives 1000's of km's away.

Although Coach is Back threatened to expose me (and I could do the same to him in certain aspects) for making fun of his boyfriend (Pete Carroll), his son is a good kid. Ive met him on a few occasions and had good conversations with him. Good looking kid, polite, and seems to be less brainwashed than Coach regarding his beliefs. ;D ;D ;) ;)
I don't know if his kid got a scholarship or not. I would have never gotten a scholarship for sports, so I don't know anything about that shit. Well, maybe if I continued to play hockey, as I was quite good. All parents want to be proud of their children, for whatever reasons.

Debt isn't necessarily always bad either.
I mean, most people here have debt of some sort. Even Coach.
The question is whether it's more debt than can be paid back.
Realistically speaking, even the current debt of the US is completely capable of being paid back if the US wants to. They just decide to not.
There will come a time when that debt will come due of course, and that will be a day of reckoning, but in general, some debt is fine.
I think that the debt under Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton was totally manageable and it was only during the Bush 2 and Obama admins that the debt started to actually get extremely out of hand. Too many wars and what not.

You can make more money by spending more money, that's how you make money, you make your money work for you. If he is investing in infrastructure etc, then spending will likely reap threefold benefits, thus short term debt/deficits can create long term boom. You have to invest, they need to spend, but spend on things that generate jobs, money etc.. saving money does fuck all really.

The Obama Administraion changed the definition of unemployed to lower the number of people out of work. Real unemployment was about 11% when Obama was claiming 5%
