I especially liked the technique he used on the preacher curls. He did super slow reps, then 5 fast reps. Good technique. Perhaps I will try that.

Wow for someone that stands on stage in his underwear he appeared very nervous on camera when speaking
He kept moving around and fidgeting when standing talking to the camera-someone should go over body language for public speaking with him
He looked really unhealthy and out of breath when he was doing rope push downs
He looked like he was on a medication that made him out of it-he had a glazed over look to his eyes
I also got confused when he demonstrated hammer curls but called them standing alternate curls??
All in all a really shitty worthless video
He looked uninterested to be in the gym
He's got horrible camera presence and someone needs to help him with that

Its a combination of both, including slow, then fast reps, as shown on the preacher curl bench.
