A bunch of edgy teenagers. People who think ISIS are the most evil thing ever are just sheltered and have no knowledge of history.
There is WAY worse than ISIS. Plus it's like 50,000 guys with shit weaponry, no navy, no air-force, completely disorganized who get the shit beaten out of them regularly by Kurds. If liberal policies didn't make it so easy for Muslims to get into western countries they would be absolutely no threat whatsoever and would be a total joke. Fucking mosquitoes spreading Malaria is a much bigger threat than ISIS lol.

I hear all this talk about wiping out ISIS, bombing everyone etc... What people forget is that the majority of people fighting for ISIS aren't doing it for religion or anything, they are getting paid to do it. When a small group took over a few oil refineries that's when they started to grow because they were able to recruit and pay them. The Syrian rebels that the US were arming ended up joining ISIS because they offered them some cash.
Instead of the USA spending a trillion dollars to fight ISIS, they can take a couple hundred million and just pay them off to stop fighting.

Young man, who was hardly standing, was brought into the basement, and positioned in front of the crucified girl.
Mercenaries again told him to say, where he had hidden the weapons, saying that otherwise they would harm the girl. He kept quiet. Then one of the mercenaries went up to the girl and cut off her breast with a knife. She screamed profoundly, and young man got deathly pale and tried to turn away from this terrible scene. However, he was cruelly beaten, and forced to look how by his “guilt” a girl was dying. Then, the same mercenary cut off the child’s second breast and she lost consciousness. Having said that “now we don’t need neither you nor her”, they started to finish off the dying girl. First they cut off her legs with an axe, then hands and when the body fell down, her head was cut off.
Parts of the body were put into a big bag, after which the young man was taken outside. They took him to a waste plot of land, tied him to a box of TNT, placed the bag with remains of the girl on top, and blew up both of them. The dead child and the young man."

I understand your point but I think you may be underestimating ISIS.
I mean, whenever I hear about them doing some crazy, twisted stuff I can't help but thinking they are trying to look tougher than they really are. Terrorists attacks should of course be taken seriously but in relative terms the deaths are minimal and are not going to make any impact in your country's army capabilities. Since they target civilians, those attacks have a huge emotional impact in society but they're not going to achieve jack shit.
That being said, they should be wiped out off this planet.

Hitler was a joke until he started having all able bodied Germans enlist to his Wehrmacht. Going from 100,000 troops to around 8 million.
