Got give props where props are due. He's pretty strong

.
Kevin actually has a rep for being very athletic. I'm not sure if it's still on, but he was supposed to play Precious Mckenzie, the famous Olympic lifter in the bio-pic of his life.

Easy to bench heavy when it's 8 inches from shoulder to finger tip.

Bullshit, either you can do it or you can't. For person that small (I'm guessing he weighs no more than 160) 225 x 3 is impressive as hell.

It's physics. Shorter arms = advantage on bench press.
If Kevin Hart is 6 4" and not 5 4", at the 160 pounds, he doesn't bench this. Hope this helps.

There are so many things you're discounting it's not even funny. Don't challenge me on this even if you post a hundred links.

All CGI and post processing.

Wow i did 225 when i was 15 and 69kg

I see some of the comments here are the same as the article haha! give the man his due ;D ;D

3 reps. 225. And people were impressed.
Mind blown.
-
Man, he's tiny. I had no clue.

He's #140-150 according to his bio. He was able to knock out an easy triple, so his true 1 rep is probably around #240-250 or 170% (give or take a few pounds) of bodyweight, that's impressive for anyone minus upper level competitive lifters.

Not according to 240 because "mmafightreview" said so.

Dumb concept that short arm thing. Getting it off your chest is the hard part in a bench, long or short arms have nothing to do with that, only weaklings use that analogy.
Youre either strong or youre not...

So, think about that. Also think about that Cam said that the lift was going to be put in a movie. So...going off of that, I guess one can say, fake weights? Remember this is Hollywood now.

He's a fucking midget. Nothing he does is impressive.... Except the comedy. He should stick to that.
Weight. I get the joke.

Lock out used to be my problem. I used to do board press and lock outs on tricep days to help.

Exactly. Every great bencher in history has been 5'4" or shorter
