Used t3 for 3 weeks at 50mcg. Last 3 days used it at 100mcg. It's been two maybe three days since I discontinued it and my strength is still way down, and I reach failure very quickly.

I stopped taking it and I was weak for about a month then strength gains started slowly coming back

Dan Duchaine claimed you can suffer hair loss from not tapering. May be outdated, Dan's been gone for a while.

Hmm, not so sure about that, especially for gear. You telling me coming off 2gr of gear would feel the same as 200mg?

I never felt any strength loss unless 75mcg or over is used for a substantial time frame. 50MCG for a long time and no strength loss at all

Yes. But I am no longer dieting since I have been off the T3 and have plenty of carbs to fuel my workouts

I don't think it is that outdated when it comes to things like DNP and T3.

Pharm grade. I wont use any ugl t3.
No need to taper down thats bro science even my dr agreed.
I do run t3 pretty much year round so may have some effect on it. Only probably 2-3 months of the year i have off t3 in total

Takes around two weeks for the thyroid to bounce back. Tapering just helps with the rebound weight gain not getting your thyroid back in the game.
Dan Duchaine used to recommend taking your temp first thing in the morning to gauge functionality of your metabolism, thyroid function. Take your temp before you even get out of bed. If your temp is low then your metabolism is slower.

Bro science that's been around for 20+ years now. No one seems to know the answer unless the person taking it is getting bloods drawn to gauge.
What dosage are you taking T3 at?

I take anywhere from 50mcg to 150mcg
And yes even had bloods done. I get them every 3 months sometimes more.

that has nothing to do with tapering but with using 10x the dosage lol
tapering wont make coming off 2g feel better. all placebo

I don't think it is that outdated when it comes to things like DNP and T3.
both DNP and t3 have a day long half life.
the standard tapering protocol over 1 week or so is completely retarded regarding the half life.
just drop the dosage and it will taper itself ...

strength loss kicks in at 75mcg or higher for me too. on 75mcg i can still get in decent workouts. 100mcg or higher, nope.
