Maybe you could have made the tackle if you hadn't blown your fingers off playing with fireworks.

Stupid ass.

Newton got hurt on the next play

he can still get to the QB, no doubt

problem is that he is essentially playing with one arm

looks like Cam is coming back

I'm glad you're embraced the holiday spirit and are taking time to worry about the zero-world problems of millionaire entertainers. :)

I want to see Carolina win it all. Am over seeing the Dolphins celebrate every year, LOL!

Score!!

i love when a losing team down by 21 point dances after a sack

i would love to see Offensive lineman dance after every play a D-lineman does nothing on a play , would be great entertainment

Why do NFL players have the most dumbest, obnoxious celebration when they score a touchdown? Its even more frustrating because so many of them get called for a penalty, yet they keep engaging in such theatrics. I think the NFL should make it a rule that you can only spike the ball after a touchdown. Enough of this jumping, dancing, backflips, etc.

the rule is right, if you celebrate excessively you get a 15 yard penalty.

Celebration should not even be allowed, except for spiking the ball.

But you dont see the same in hockey or baseball (when they hit a home run). In fact, you think the celebrations would happen more in baseball and hockey, since they generally tend to be lower scoring games (obviously, even when you take into account that a touchdown is 6 points).

If you celebrate in baseball after hitting a homerun, the pitcher will hit you with a pitch your next at bat, more often than not.  The game policies itself.

No.

That guy wrote a book in the 90s about why black people tend to yell. IIRC, he felt it had to do with American English language being ill-equipped to express the emotions/energy of a tribal people. :)

Wish I were making that up, LOL!

I was worried at the end.

Giants did a great job of pulling it together. Was rooting against them, but can't take anything away from people who fought back that much.

Carolina showed on the last drive when they wanted to that they could score on the Giants.  They took a break with a 28 point lead.
If the NFL doesn't suspend OBJ for at least 2 games for that cheap shot hit then the NFL is full of shit about protecting players.

No way those penalties offset each other. He should have been ejected.
