The problem is how vague it is.   "Obama will TIGHTEN laws".   What in the world does that mean?

He's gonna ban all permits?
he's gonna bad all semi-auto weapons?

or

he's going to upgrade the background check system so the state criminal records regarding restraining orders on abusive husbands are reflected in the national list faster?


"TIGHTEN" can mean anything.   These vague predictions have been going on for 7 years.  Please tell us the SPECIFICS.

The POTUS does not have the power to just create fucking laws out of thin air, no matter what these asshat politicians say. Executive orders are not what people think they are.
