Nice guy, he's trying to help him.

Vegan NoGains should know a lot about Anorexia
-
A sociopath can't be worried about someone else. I hope the non-heme iron is able to kill this vegan fuckwit.
Oh, and marry Christmas to everyone :)

I think veganism is a magic dragon.
But the kid made some sense in that video.

I finally thought so too. I have watched a few of these vegangain videos and the kid drives me nuts, but yeah he is spot on about Rich Piana, Vegan Gains almost sounded sincere.

OK, but how original are his thoughts? As if he's the first one who's explaining the concept of bigorexia and that taking huge amounts of gear has its sides ::)

Probably not that original, but at least he is using the platform he has built to offer some alternative viewpoints. Too many young people see douchebags like Rich Piana and look up to him completely unaware the guy is deeply mentally ill.

He's also spot on about the point in time in Rich's life. I mean Rich is in his mid 40's, financially independent and just got married. Why the need to blow himself up now with that kind of suicide cycle? Hell, he's not even competing lol
He should do it like Mike O'Hearn and try to mainatin his great physique without drugs, just by keeping up healthy habits and life choices.

I believe he's right indeed about Rich's situation, but that's completely up to Rich. Everyone has the right to make/set his/her own personal decisions, goals & priorities as long as it doesn't harm others.
Honesty, I don't understand all those Youtube wisenuts who feel the need to debate others over and over again, as if they're able to think/decide for others ::) This dude is nothing but an attention whore with his vegan agenda.
(I assume you're trolling about Mike and his clean status)
