Lets continue the saga of allmighty Mike (maybe a sticky for him already?)
Here u go, further proof that Mike does lurk on GB lol:
https://www.instagram.com/p/_z0GtqqyBP/
I guess all the doubts may be put to rest, beast mode baby, insane shit, Mike or not, this is crazy, I can not imagine this weight and I'm pretty strong
-
Putting KOVACS to shame...
-
People give this guy waaay too much shit and I can't even figure it out. Dude a legit anyway you cut it.
-
Hopefully he sees my posts and if I meet him one day gives me the honor of taking a selfie with him.
Naked.
-
4 O'Hearn threads on the front page right now.
Good job?

I'll start more '90s BBing nostalgia threads to flush 'em out.

I guess GB pretty much found it's new worship object after a long time (since these times when DaddyWaddy was still more into weights than beer). A saviour and a great leader to follow (sorry KimJong).
-
Trentastic lift. ;D

A legit user of controlled substances that denies it. He's without shame and without honor but never without his camera.

This!! If he admitted to drug use, Id at least respect it. I don't mind that he does drugs, but I mind that he calls himself natural. Anyone who goes out of their way to say they are natural when they are not, is a douche. On the other hand, I am not saying he has to publicly announce hes on drugs, but just shut up about being natural.

500lb incline is no bullshit no matter what you're on. It's bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman or whatever you want to call it. Those of us that have been training for any significant amount of time know better and this is why I can't give him shit. If he's on gear I would bet it's a minimal amount. He knows how to train.

Ego is a powerful impetus. Fueled by drugs, it is more so. I have zero respect for this kid. It may not matter to him, but then neither does the truth of his physique and life.

It is his deception in selling a natural life and natural supplements that gets me. I could not believe he was in PL contests in 93. Joints of steel. Still an asshole and liar though.

Good job?
Time for a thread merge like dlb.
Chaos? Princess?
-
Can't fault O'Hearn for posting such an incredible feat of strength. I'd be wigging out if I just lifted that
-
Dude is strong as shit no doubt. Doesn't have to be such a clown though. And the whole thing with him talkin about how natural he is, that's ridiculous anyone with half abrain knows he had been on the sauce a long time

Fake Plates.
-
I've posted it for years. Mike is the strongest guy I've ever seen train. And I've been around a long time. I'm sure there r stronger but I'm not talking about fat guys whose heads turn red and are about to explode. In the squat and dead too.
-
Fake Plates.
haha
-
I'm curious as to what years Mike was a California Judo champion, not to mention power lifting champion. What years did he win all these phantom championships? And one last question for Mike, if he's reading this in between selfies. What cycle did you take to pull off the 500 bench in the video?
-
I'll start more '90s BBing nostalgia threads to flush 'em out.
Howard would be of great assistance here!
-
I'll never hate on him for his strength and ripped physique, but his wig, eyeliner, narcissism, lies, and social media addiction are all fair game.

The rare time I agree with you.
In this instance the topic is his lift which is impressive and some people can't even acknowledge it.

It's like that squat video between him and Efferding. Holy shit that was awesome. Give credit when credit is due. Dudes legit.

Mike isn't lying in my estimation, but he is over hyping a bit. Still a very strong guy -
The strongman contest he won was the Iron Warrior Decathlon of Strength - http://www.marunde-muscle.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20085 . These are a small California based contest that had something to do with Metro Flex Gym of Long Beach. It is a medley of OL, Strongman, and Power Lifting lifts.
The Powerlifting meet I can find for him is 1993 California ADFPA on 3/13/1993. He won the #242 class with a #650 Squat, #705 Deadlift, and a #452 Bench.
http://freepdfhosting.com/9bf6f248cd.pdf .
Here's a Powerlifting USA page with the #242 rankings for 3/93 through 2/94 -
O'hearn at #94 in the squat, not ranked on the bench, #23 deadlift, and #76 for total.
Looks like someone transposed the numbers on that page too, #1708, should probably be #1807 which would make him a lower 30's ranked on total lifter.
I'll see if I can find more.

I understand and find the threads about the selfies funny, but I don't understand while people outright hate the guy, seems he is not a dick like heath is or anything.
guy is strong as fuck and I would love to have a physique like his enhanced or not, which I could care less about nattys/users fake natties etc. If mainstream society wants to remain on a witchunt about PEDS and uneducated about things then fuck them if someone claims natty and they buy into it, in fact I encourage it, fuck em

I remember seeing those titles listed in the MRP Nutrivet ads from champion in MM2K way back. This would have been around '95ish. Perhaps between '90=95 woule be a good guess.

I'm feeling the love....for O'Hearn.
-
Why doesn't Hearn walk into an all Natural Raw bench press contest and break the world record for natural lifters? He wants the world to believe he's all natural. Surely a man with an ego like Hearn's would love to have that title.
What say you Mr. Hearn? Your incline bench press would be a world record for flat if you were all natural. lol

Since when is 455lbs , 500lbs ??? He clearly was pressing 700lbs on the incline, 100% lifetime natural steroid and rogaine free
-
On the Judo thing, I can't call it either way.
He mentions being inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame Martial Arts, which is true, but that hall of fame is young(established 1999), smaller, and has multiple categories for everything from real fighting to acting. I can't find what he was inducted for. The website for that org - http://www.mastershalloffame.org/ .
--------------------------------------------------
In this video -
.
One of the comments was -
"Mike was a jr. national champion in judo when he was a kid 12 or so."
That means he might of won it circa 1981 - 1983, based on a 1969 birthday, and allowing a bit of swing. I checked in Black Belt magazine, and couldn't find him listed, but that doesn't mean much.
-----------------------------------
Also, in this interview - http://www.ironmanmagazine.com/profile-mike-ohearn-renaissance-man/ , he mentions -
"When I first came down to California, I met people involved in judo, and within a year I won the Mr. California Judo Championships".
I couldn't find a contest by that name either, but I can't tell if that was the actual name, or if it was garbled by the interviewer. If it was correctly transcribed or remembered, "Mr. California Judo Championships" sounds like it was smaller tournament. California has a lot of Judo players, you'd think someone would remember it, if it was a large contest.
------------------------------------
Just for fun, I also searched Black Black magazine for any O'hearn mention, and find him pictured here -
http://books.google.com/books?id=j88DAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA65&dq=mike+swain+mike+o%27hearn&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjf0Ni98P3JAhVDMSYKHdtSBrAQ6AEIHDAA#v=onepage&q=mike%20swain%20mike%20o'hearn&f=false .
The guy in the blue is Mike Swain, who is a pretty big Judo guy based in California. I wonder if he trained with Swain, or if he just get picked to be a model? It was the only time I could find him mentioned.
-
One last thing, I checked the old rec.martial-arts archive to see if anyone mentioned him, this is the only thing they had. This was a huge group in the old days of news groups -
1996:
"Does anyone in the Judo World know what happened to the California
Heavyweight Judo Champion, Mike O'Hearn. He was being touted as the
second coming in the martial arts world, and boasted of going to the Olympics
but I didn't even hear his name mentioned at the U.S. trials. Didn't he
qualify or did he pull out for other commitments? --
Charles Verrastro"
"Who in the world is Mike O'Hearn? California Judo Championships
doesn't mean much. CJI puts them on annually, but usually it's just
another local tournament (state is too big to travel to these, we got
LOTS of tournaments here...). He never made it to the trials. He
never won a national tournament. Where was he supposed to be
training. I can say, with certainty, that he has not won a
significant tournament in the past 5 years. Before that, I'd have to
check back at the records...
-Akeem"
For some reason, google groups won't direct link, but just search here - http://groups.google.com , search string - o'hearn rec.martial-arts .

This is where Im at.
I have much respect for his physique and strength accomplishments but all the other bs and "natural" talk really makes me dislike him.
The dude openly associates with Piana. If he had a PR person they would tell him cut ties with that guy.
-

If ever I tried lifting 500 Lb in the incline, there'd be hell toupee.

I agree. Piana probably using an opportunity to get some free spotlight from Mike.

Meeting O'Hearn must be a hair raising experience.

Meeting O'Hearn must be a hair raising experience.
Must be confusing for his wife. Kiss him on the head, she gets called a carpet muncher.
-
Mike is a very nice guy who doesn't bash on any other fitness professional in this industry.
Is he natural? I highly doubt it, but who cares.
Is his hair real? I highly doubt it, but who cares.
Aside from these minor details, I do believe firmly that he has a phenomenal physique that looks perfect for advertising/promotional and sponsoring purposes. That guy has fitness cover model written all over him. I also believe the guy is incredibly strong.
He is approachable, kind to the fans and always willing to help others out.
Haters can hate all they want, but at least he isn't going around fucking grapefruits or getting popped for selling drugs.
"1"
-
gorgeous natural lift
-
He ought to be careful. That kind of lifting will put on way too much size and BOOM, no He-Man role and Hollywood stardom for Mannequin Mikey.
-
It's like that squat video between him and Efferding. Holy shit that was awesome. Give credit when credit is due. Dudes legit.
I saw that vid too. At the beginning I was like "nah, Mike doesn"t stand a chance vs one of the world best PL" and then I was like "wow, he's not as strong as efferding but he gives him a run for his money". Props were props are due: this narcissistic drug addict weirdo is really strong and beautiful (full homo). Probably the best ratio pussy-pulling physique/strength.
-
If ever I tried lifting 500 Lb in the incline, there'd be hell toupee.
I once witnessed O'Hearn performing 500lb squats without a spotter or safety pins in the rack (JP Fux style), but when he lifted the bar off the hooks, he took a brutal spill after unsuspectedly slipping on a puddle of Husky piss. It was like someone pulled the rug right from under his feet.

But at least he's not an abuser and is smart enough to stay away from hgh. Guy is as legit as they come these days. Other than he's a bit strange as far as lifting and looks he should get respect.

I heard Mike stays away from steroids too. He's all natty. ::)

Thanx for the inside scoop ::)
-
looks like 455 or so to me
-
I gotta respect and genuflect to some guy because he went into a gym and bench pressed. Some guy on IG called him a WARRIOR.
Get off the dills. I'm starting to think some people around here want to bed down with this guy.
-
I'm starting to think some people around here want to bed down with this guy.
I'd be surprised if someone wouldn't.
-
Curious: how do you know he stays away from growth?
I'm just going by his build and lack of bloated marshmallow muscles and small waist. Of course I could be wrong but if I had to guess I'd say he doesn't use it.
-
How do you know his cock size? ::)
