These pics are from March 27 lol. I've been 170-175 since then, but I'm going to diet down again. This time until I get truly ripped, so I wanted to know what was my body fat % here. My problem last time was that I started too fat at 213 lbs.
I'm guessing at 150 lbs I should have eliminated my stubborn fat areas, but probably not ripped until the 140s lol.
On a serious note, you look small but lean with a starting base of muscle mass.
But, you also have a cutey twink look to ya, so watch out for older business men offering to "sponsor " you.

Lol. My problem is not abs, cause they had some veins there. I've already done the bulking baloney. Won't do it again unless I start ripped. Hardening up with training hasn't happened unless I cut. That shit only happens with juice.
I'd say 15 % in those pics.

You seriously don't notice it? Your lower pec looks very soft, kinda hangs there.

I know I have fat in that area, but it's never bothered me really. I think it's there because my overall body fat % was still higher than 12% in those pics. If it stays there once I'm done cutting (around 17 lbs less than these pics), then I'll be more concerned.

True, its a good start. Like I said he has decent tris, nice development in some areas. Just structural problems but what can you do?

Except it's not my starting point lol. I've been training for almost 3 years now, of which almost two were bulking and "eating like a bodybuilder, while training around 4 times a week. I think I can gain maybe 5 lbs more of muscle, but I'd rather gain those while starting lean than getting fatter than I already am (11 lbs more than the pics). I'd rather be small and lean than big and super fat. It's not like another natural bulk will make me a beast either.

You are pretty damn lean by layman standards right now. Aren't you natural? Going leaner will cost you muscle you can't afford to lose. your look now is decent IMO... lean bulk then. it isn't hard. You are nowhere near your natural limit for size.

I'm fatter now than in those pics. I've already had 18 inch arms and 26+ inch legs at 213 lbs. Dieted that down and I really didn't have much. If I lean bulk from 172-173 to 185-190 I would end up quite fat. I'd rather cut to 145 and then bulk up to 170 and maybe gain 5 solid lbs in the process.

Seems frustrating, I don't care about being "bb level shredded" as a natural, seems difficult to maintain let alone progress. 11-12% is one thing but geez.

This is already a pretty low bodyfat for the general population. People would think you look really ripped at the local swimming pool. I'd guess somewhere around 10-12%.

You look to be about 10% in the pics. I would say that you can probably gain another 10 lbs of muscle before you would be getting close to your natural genetic limit. I would advise against dieting to be shredded. It is a waste of time and you will probably lose muscle if you aren't juicing. I would just keep doing a very slow clean bulk and let your body mature a little.

Agreed. That's easily a three year, natural physique. Back off the cardio, hit abs 2/3 times per week max. Stay drug free UNLESS you are prepping for a show.

1. My goal is to be leaner than these pics year round and maybe do one more bulk fairly reasonably to avoid cutting more than 20 lbs to get ripped again. I don't think bulking and cutting indefinitely is reasonable unless you juice and keep upping the doses. By continuously bulking and cutting I'll hardly ever get in ripped shape and maintain it for more than a few weeks.
2. My nipples aren't sore. I don't feel any sort of discomfort there.
3. I think most people underestimate the amount of weight they need to lose to get ripped or shredded and assume they lost a lot of muscle. I'd like to get to Cephissus' or Wavelength's level of rippedness ;D :D I think I have a similar amount of muscle as them and a small frame as well. I'm trying to slowly reduce calories and cut off sweets and junk food, which I tend to overeat sometimes. I can maintain 170-175 extremely comfortably though. I want to get ripped, but not suffering too much. I wanna do it slowly and IMO it doesn't make sense to work so hard for cuts just to throw them away by trying to get big, which I am not meant to be.
4. I don't do much cardio atm.
5. I think there are plenty of natties out there bigger than me and with a better frame, but I doubt the differences are huge. Maybe 180-185 lbs in this condition for a genetic freak of my height and that's being optimistic.
6. I lost sex drive when I was dieting in these pics, but I also went unnecessarily strict by the end of it. From 213 to 185 it was a breeze and I didn't suffer at all. Then I cut 25 lbs more, the difference was drastic (which is why I doubt I lost muscle), but I felt like shit. I think I could feel a lot better and get much leaner than these pics if I do it in a smarter way.
7. I don't care that juiced bodybuilders think anything under 200 lbs for my height is anorexia lol. They have a problem themselves. At 200 lbs I'm fat. Hell, even if I juiced I wouldn't shoot for more than 180 lbs shredded to the bone and dry, which is actually pretty big for my frame and height.
8. Most natties can get to my level naturally and easily surpass me.
