I was cleaning up and came across this card I picked up somewhere. As you can see, Hany Rambod is showing a diet for a 210-220lb bodybuilder. It is nearly 5800 calories a day, at 465 grams of protein. This sounds like an awfully lot. What do you experts think?

Bullshit reason to use more of their supps, obviously...
-
too much food!
But then again, I don't eat enough...
2 steaks a day would be hard to do day in day out.

Outstanding diet for weight gain

Lol..load of horse shit to sell more support to young kids

Nothing more than a sample diet and an attempt to make you buy their supps.
Calorie need is a very individual thing, but the Katch-McArdle formula (http://www.burnthefatinnercircle.com/members/Katch-McArdle-Calorie-Calculator-For-Men-And-Women.cfm) functions as a good starting point.

Just showes that the man has no shame and will say anything that his sponsors tell him to!
It`s not even a proper diet, just a load of powders ;D
