No. Not legally but who gives a fuck (I have many guns). Yes, I have a normal valid passport*. Legally yes but no DA will EVER allow me on a jury. Unknown. I don't know what that means. Oh hell yes!

*Some countries do require a wavier. Canada for one- even President George W Bush needed a wavier to travel to Canada.
