I'm surprised it took so long.

Up there with The Golden ArchesTM projected on the moon. No one can own language, no matter what the IP lawyers willing to take your $800/hr will say. You can take my keyboard when you pry it from my cold, dead hands.
I'm just here so I won't get fined.
Litigate, bitches!

Michael Buffer trademarked "Lets get ready to rumble".
You can say it all you want on here but I'm guessing if you use it in public for marketing purposes you'd get a cease and desist order asap. If Skittles wanted to use any of HIS trademarked phrases they would pay a fortune for it. It's really brilliant business on Lynches part.

They can trademark the phrases and I still think it's retarded.
Athletes and MC's can use legal tricks to make $$ and that's when I stop being a fan of 'em.
The deal is, for everyone like me they have 1000's of fans willing to buy it.

How can he have a trademark for "beast mode"?
That came from Sega's "Altered Beast".

I could be wrong but from what I've been told if you take something like "Beast mode" or "Lets get ready to rumble" and change a word you can trademark that. Same if you patent something, someone else can take the same idea, change a few things and patent that. Not sure if that rule is the same for a trademark though.

lynch took up the practice reps all week... then told the team as they got on the bus "oh, i'm injured, I'mma sit this one out".
Team is beyond pissed. scrub backup got no reps this week. SEA looks like garbage against a weak opponent like MIN... they should be cruising with a 3-score lead by the 3rd quarter, not losing 3-0.
Lynch will get cut in offseason. He's due 9 million next year and was impotent this year. Typical for that seahawks culture. 911 truther for a coach that cheated his way to college wins. Once they take away the adderall, he is weak at the NFL level. Sad.

Seahawks apparently won and advanced. I did not watch the game. But judging by the score, it was not very exciting.

I was surprised to see the Hawks pull a win out. I went downstairs to the gym during the third quarter and they still hadn't scored by that point.

Your workout caused the Seahawks to win.

It was one the best games I saw this year. But I like cold weather defensive type football.

That's what I thought! But I didn't come right out and post it because it sounds sort of crazy when you say it to yourself!

Marshawn Lynch will be out of the NFL in 2 years...

There is an old saying in the songwriting business, "Change a word; get a third."
