they live together in a beach hut in Thailand. Goodrum makes a protein rich breakfast while Basile does yoga on the beach.

Vince is quite knowledgable, but is a relic of a bygone era. The day of "Hypertrophy," as personified by the overblown bodybuilder, is over. The day of the functional athlete is here.
