According to a Harvard paper it seems that a few minutes hitting poses before an important interview/meeting can be shown to raise testosterone, decrease cortisol and increase performance - (as long as you don't get busted doing them, presumably :P)

I knew. Im not that awkward that i would try it and my exogenous test levels are such that i cant see it having much of an effect. Reminds me, i have to do a shot now.
