Even if you cut down to 7% bodyfat at 250 lbs, you will still have a much bigger waist than someone who is at 7% bodyfat at 175 lbs. I laugh when I see Jay Cutler posting that he had a 34 inch waist. His waist was at least 40 inches. It's impossible to have a 60 inch chest and a 34 inch waist. That would look insanely disproportionate.

Jay Cutler's waist was measured by Billy Smith shortly after the 2003 Grand Prix Holland. It taped out at 33.9" using a L.S. Starrett #530 steel tape. If you know anything about Billy Smith, he doesn't take his measuring lightly.
