That's an air hole so when you're hiding your Asian sex slave when guests are over she has somewhere to breath.

It's so you can move the box easily - like a handle.

But, all you have to do is look up the plans on google (rogue box), go to home depot and they will cut the plywood into the dimensions there for free.  Then it's just some screws and support (if you want).

Costs about $30-35 instead of the $150 rogue charges.

There is a very thin line at the bottom (not the handle)

I could only imagine how many people build their own to one day jump on it and have it collapse underneath them causing serious injury.  I love building things but not everyone knows how.

Plywood is made of many thin layers of veneer layed at alternate right angles each layer so is unlikely the crack runs all the way through the board.
With cheaper ply the outer layer is generally prone to cracking and splintering.like others have said make one yourself, il there is barely £20 worth of material in that

Picture is not good enough to tell, but they do usually crack in that region. I'd skip it, or see if he'd toss it in with other things if he's selling more.

This guy has nice plans for a few of them -

Thanks dude.

If you do the Rogue box instead of the kind in the video, you get three boxes - 20" / 24" / 30" depending on which side you use.

Yeah I was looking at those before I saw the box on craigslist. I'm definitely not buying the one on craigslist.

I know that rogue has a very good return policy too. And probably some sort of warranty against cracking.

Rogue also applies a water resistant finish to their product as well.

Thanks

Oh, I'm definitely not saying buy the Rogue Box....it's a ripoff.   Like I said in my first post, you can grab the plans of the net, go to home depot and the they will cut the board for you, and you can easily assemble.  I made one this way and it's awesome.

Here are the dimensions:

http://www.health-bent.com/wp-content/uploads/plyobox-healthbent.pdf

You take these plans to HD, buy one sheet of 3/4 plywood (the nice kind) and go from there.  Simple.

Thanks dude. I'm not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I gotta make room for the box first
