Title: Facial training
Post by: MAXX on January 08, 2016, 02:48:07 PM
I know why u sickos came here(no pun intended)... Epic clickbait

Yoa'll bodybuilders here right. Why not train your face muscles then I mean ur supposed to develop your whole body? it will reduce wrinkles and make you look yonger. Or so this Lovely lady claims. But I Think her arguments are strong tbh and she looks the part.Shes like 50 or so and looks great no wrinkles.

Actually I tried some of the excercises and you can acually feel pump and burn in face muscles once u get that mind muscle connection  :o

I saw a guy in the gym once take one of wrist wraps, and put it through a 2.5 pound weight, and tie it off. He then hung the weight from his lower jaw and proceeded to do reps with the weight (up-down jaw motion). He then proceeded to do two more sets, ending with a 10 pound weight.

Sounds like a tax write-off for most pro bodybuilders.

Must have had a killer jawline after. On a side note, these exrcises should work, no reason they wouldn't. Maybe I should start doing em', prevention is better than cure.

When I go heavy on some lifts like declines, I naturally clench my jaw very tight.
