I started my rather elaborate pre-workout nutrition dance at 0600 EST. Looking to hit the gym by 0900-0930 for a solid 90 minute pull workout.

I'm about to train at home. Leg day.
I'm going to lead off with stiff-legged deadlifts with the trap bar.

Due to work pressures, I have been forced into a push/pull/legs/rest rotation. It's good from a "mix it up" perspective, but I sure miss arm day.

Not today. Have a full day of camps for incoming freshmen with my NFL and combine preps. Even got JuJu Smith coming in to help out 8)

Thank god for my umoro - I loaded up the umoro but then was delayed about an hour to the gym-if I had just mixed it up in a regular shaker the pre workout would have been sitting mixed up for an hour-or I might have started sipping it before I realized I would be delayed-the umoro saved the day
The gym was a madhouse-all the power racks taken-I'm sorry but women do not belong in the weight room-ladies, no one fucking cares if u deadlift or squat- stop taking up space-I can't stand ladies who think they're hardcore with their dumb lifting belts, skull and crossbones rogue shirts, knee wraps, and gallon jugs
Go squat somewhere else no one wants u there-no one is impressed

Could you not work in with a client? I used to see guys do that at Pro Gym and it seemed cool for the client too as there were a few big dudes training guys.

I work 85-90 hours a week and find time to train 45 minutes most days. But, the quality of my workouts is just not there. Told myself I was going to cut back on work this year, hasn't happened yet.

going downstairs into the gym in a half hour it's a 20 step walk..and today loads of cardio shoveling snow double wide 100 plus foot driveway and front walks.12 inches so far with another foot or so on the way for sunday...good times. ;D ;D ;D ;D
