The history of the constitution is a history of bankers and bonds and war debt.  Abigail Adams was buying up war bonds while the founding fathers were deciding how to deal with the debt from the revolutionary war.

That being said, I also think Politcal Correctness is ruining the country and is something equally as dangerous as bankers because it also subverts the democratic will of the people.  PC is based on a very simple principle, avoid the truth because it could alienate some segment of voters.  The larger the segment of voters who don't want a certain truth, the greater the political pressure for their vote and the more crooked lying politicians are willing to shade, dissemble and lie for them.

For example, it is the truth that women absolutely do not have to meet the same physical standards as men for many jobs, the military, etc.  This is blatant discrimination based on sex.  It is indisputably true.  If you bring it up amongst the PC crowd their heads explode. 

There are numerous other lies that PC requires.
