Yup, that would be effective, but only when coming off a high end androgenic based cycle.

I did nolva clomid and hcg and balls got huge! But it was temporary... Maybe I could use the clomid for several months and see

I come off and do more lifting and aerobic exercises and drink wine etc, it gets my hdl back up
