Tony is the one who toldme to eat lettuce and tuna.  I did that religiously for almost a year.  Everytime we went to lunch I pulled out my can of tuna and ordered a plain salad.  Some pepper and salt and I was ready to eat.  Tony had an incredible back.  Very thick if I remember.  Very nice guy but didn't talk much.  Not like a Kal.
