I've been following the daily updates from Rich as he starts on his 4 month cycle.
As he said himself it's really his chance to show whether he's all talk or not.
Personally I think the cycle he posted is pretty good. Pretty similar to what I would be suggesting.
So let's have a poll here seeing who comes closest to predicting his peak weight during the cycle.
I'm picking 350 pounds exactly. As anyone his height knows it really gets quite hard at over 280 let alone 300. So let's see. I think he'll do it. Will be interested to see the end results when he leans up.

How he looks is your opinion. Not everyone's cup of tea but u can't deny its freaky and will only get freakier as he grows. As for who is interested in how he goes, will it's a huge number of people judging by how many views his clips get.

He's had PMMA in almost all his bodyparts. It's mostly his arms but he's used it in every other major muscle group as well. That's why the very shape of his muscle bellies now is different to what it used to be when he was competing.

Ok. Well let's see. He'll get close to 350 I reckon and he always goes for extremes so let's see.
As for being a "fan boy" not sure what u mean but the term sounds a little gay. What I do have is primarily an interest in strength sports. As a result I have a related interest in regimes built around weight gain and muscle growth.
The sport I competed in was heavily drug tested but we have many power lifters in our gym so I have plenty of exposure to drug supplements etc.

I've managed 7-8 meals a day. It's doable. Although they were not anywhere near the size of his. But if you are on his type of drug intake I think it's quite doable (especially if you train twice a day), not that he is.

350lbs is above what Greg Kovacs usually walked around at. Piana isn't getting close to that weight unless he becomes a complete fatass .

can anyone cut and paste his cycle? personally i have no idea what hes using gear wise, but the fucker sure grows fast , i have watched a few minutes of his video logs by the day.
