Old man was clueless and senile, poor old bastard shouldn't be on the road, wtf.

The motorcycle rider doing wheelies and crazy stunts seems cool, but here's my 2 cents. If he crashes and ends up seriously injured it's not an accident or tragedy . It's inevitable.

But, he took the time out of his attention getting antics to help an old man...in the world of vehicular karma, that should account for something.
