Title: is this all good for chest
Post by: NoCalBbEr on March 12, 2006, 08:51:58 PM
hey guys
how does this chest workout look to you

bench bench 3x6-8
incline press 3x 6-8
flat flys 3x 10-8
db pullovers 3x 6-8
cable crossovers 3x 10-12

I kinda like more high volume workouts... so what do you guys think??

Ya, but I'd consider the pullovers part of lat work.

For presses also try dumbbells.

is it better if i keep changing the routine or just to keep the same routine?? I've heard the agruement that its better to keep the muscle guessing but i've also noticed that  most of the top bbers use the same routines throught out their careeers..

Screw the DB pullovers and add one set each to the bench presses.
