I think most of bbing is fairly simple, except this which seems to divide most lifters, what's your opinion?

Max. 2 when natural.
3 is just too much.

Pull your love muscle ED for bed results
-
2x every 8 days
-
Differs for everyone, for me once a week. Can go once every 5 days but don't like the reduced sets it requires

:D :D :D agreed.

My two cents. If you are training heavy with many failure sets then once a week is all your body and mind can take. If you are training with volume then you can do it twice or even three times if you're going with moderate weights. Of course all the rules are out the window if you have a bunch of vials and syringes.

If I train anything all out twice in a week it's only ever on Mon then sun. Sometimes I'll do something more than 3 times a week, but they would only be for a quick pump after something else, not an all out session.

Being natural i discovered i gain more size when reducing from 3 to 2 peer week.
3 seems to be too much stress on the system.
-
I'll do arm's by themselves then will do light arms when I do back{bi's} and chest{tri's}
...it helps, I went from to completely crappy arm to just crappy arms :)

2 -3

I laugh at these 1 in every 10 days workouts. Abbreviated training is not bad if done correctly but some take it to extremes.

twice a week since 40 years ago

2x every 8 days

2 times a day 7 days a week. 3 times on Saturday. ;D

It's not so much about your muscles not being able to recover its the CNS. Enhanced or not, you aren't capable of recruiting a high threshold of motor units more than two days in a row. Plus the stronger you get the more muscle fibers you can tap into, the heavier weights your gonna be using and the longer your gonna need to recover. Most juicers are training way too frequently and are limiting their growth potential. Personally I made my best gains training each body part once every 5 days...strength and size.

"CNS", "threshold", "motor units"?

Agreed.. And for example if you train chest & back on different days as biceps & triceps; in this case, the arms are essentially trained twice a week as there is much indirect effect involved... Even the chest gets involved indirectly when performing some triceps exercises...
After a brutal leg session; 7 days goes by really fast before its time to punish them again... More leg frequency may be indicated possibly in a case where a trainee wants to specialize to bring up the quads; but even then for only for a temporary period of time until this is accomplished...Once a week seems best for the most part, and will produce good results ...
Calves are a resilient muscle as we are on our feet all day... I feel they respond better to added frequency, and high repetitions to adequately stimulate the deep fibers... For this reason I feel they are better served to be trained twice a week..

great advice old timer i totally agree, if your training super heavy and till failure once a week is fine, moderate weights, twice per week .

completely agree on the cns. I was laid off from work a few years back for 3 months and I pretty much spent a lot of extra time in the gym basically lifting 8 ,9 days in a row then one rest day then another 8,9 my CNS felt fried

Yes I like to do this also, Back and chest together which hits bis and tris also, and later in week start biceps workout with curl grip chins and tris with close grip benches
-
At least twice a week.
-
depends if you are doing higher reps i reckon you can up to three
really heavy lifting probably once
ultimately if you listen to your body and dont lift with your ego
it will adapt to what ever routine you are doing
