Does anyone have a link to some simple synovex conversion instructions?

Also are these the correct conversion kits:

I found the animal kits website, so now I only need the instructions and which kit to get.

I don't think it is a good idea after all. I've read that people can't get all the esterdiol out of it and are experiencing severe gyno. I'm not sure how much of a problem it is, but it makes sense that it would be a problem.

The finaplix conversion sounds good though I'm not a 100% sure which kit I need.
