I'm getting ready for a show and need some good music for my routine. I thought that people around here could give some good ideas. I would like something that could maybe give people goosebumps at the begining and throughout. Ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

What about classical music...anyone know any good soundtracks or good classical stuff to pose to? Also, how do you mix two songs together?
-
just don't use back in black / ac/dc... i believe i can fly / r.kelly......... the shawn ray song / i'm not living without you from dreamgirls..... and if you're a wigger don't try getting all "black" on stage unless you wanna do the the whole KFED po po sow po po sow that's always a crowd pleaser.

Nessun Dorma is quite powerful. The theme from 'The Contender' was used quite a lot last year to good effect. What shows are you doing?

"thinking of you" by A perfect circle. It has the right tempo with breaks and crescendos that are perfect for displaying a physique.

For classical, Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" has been used many times. It has drama & a punched-up pacing.
You might try sampling a couple of the early tracks from this recording.

if you have a massive physique the theme music from Conan the Barbarian is pretty sweet!!! Something with booming drums.... :o

Prokofiev's dance of the knights from romeo and juliett is excellent if you are looking for classical.
Yanni's 'Nostalgia' is also excellent. (you may remember Yanni from lee labradas posing routines. They were a particular favorite of his)
Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds has also always been very successful with Audiences.
-
Look up the dj Peter Rauhoffer hes got great stuff that will get anyone cheering. The best hyped up beat. Hes huge in NY, Miami, Chicag, La and internationally
-
Check out Union Underground, they have a couple songs that would be AWESOME to pose to. One is called Revelution man and the other is a theme song from RAW (wrestling)
