As an ecto at 6 ft. 175 pounds, 25 y/o and have been training for years with a couple of cycles under my belt.
With a high Cal/Protein diet along with a compound exercise routine, what do you guys think of a 16 week cycle of;
Enanthate 250 mg 2x's pw, Deca 300 mg pw, front loading D-bol 25 mg ed for the first 6 weeks. As for pct, Nolvadex 40, 30, 20, 10 mg's ed for weeks 18-22.

A virgin 6 weeker of revorvit and halo.
6 weeks of Sust 250 pw, along with 20 mg of D-bol ed.
8 week's of Sust at 500 mg's.
10 week's of Sust 500 mg pw, with 6 weeks of dbol 20 mg ed.

This cycle is fine. Stop the deca 2 weeks before stopping the test, and run an anti-e like arimidex throughout (typical dose is 1mg ed or eod) and hcg 300-500iu subQ every 5 days throughout.

Standard cycle, really........nothing hard about it.
The 500:300 Test:Deca ratio is ideal.
I say stop the Deca 4 weeks prior to the Test and sub some Prop in until the end.

lets see the diet breakdown adviceseeker...... a few cycles under your belt and only 175lbs......i think we might have a nutrition problem

I already said i'll be doing a high calorie high protein diet.
But at any rate, I started my first cycle at around 150 a few years ago, and haven't done one in about a year.
I'm treating fitness and nutrition as apart of my lifestyle. It's now a hobby of mine. When I took gear in the past I was in the kind of fitness state of just forcing myself to work out and taking some protein shakes. And I knew what pct was, but I never really considered taking pct til now.
So now I have chosen the above mentioned cycle to gain some mass for the summer that nutrition alone wont provide. I pretty much have an idea of how I respond to gear so I think that this cycle will put on the desired mass i'm looking for withought going overboard.
