Title: Calve Injury

its my right calve, the outter side of it, I can feel it tense when I do lying leg curls and ESPECIALLY during 45 degree angle Leg Press. In fact I couldnt even do leg press tonight which pissed me off. Anyway, anybody have any idea what this could be. I could still train calves no problem it was just the exercises I listed that bother it.

get a good deep tissue calf massage and learn how to strech your calves
