Take on a empty stomach or with food or doesn't matter. Always used other stuff. First time taking this. I think it doesn't matter though

It doesn't matter. I've taken it with meals & on an empty stomach. The only thing I ever noticed about Nolvadez was that it made me tired (I mean really tired) so I usually take it at night.

Take it whenever you want. I ususally take it ar the same part of the day all the way.
Like every day in the morning, or in the evening.
