As a man who appreciates a good cape where do you go to buy one? Halloween Adventure? Toys R Us? Is it custom like James Brown had done?

I shop in the hollywood costume shop they have all the latest costumes from the newest movies etc.  I like to keep it interesting.  that is what people pay to see.  Physiques first but also to be entertained.
