Should this person be tried as an adult?
I've been morbidly interested in his transgressions and reading the stories as they roll out in the mainstream news.
But I am perplexed whether I think he should be tried as an adult... he seems beyond stupid and, while it's "made up," he does seem to truly have affluenza. Whether hard prison time is any good I doubt it, but what do you do in a case like this? Spank him? Get him new parents?
It's just a lose-lose situation at this point.

Well, I don't think they can do anything about his prior charges but he violated probation so something is going to come of it.
Almost more interested to see if the mother gets slammed now for her role.
