they build a brand new 46,000 square foot UFC gym by me in the city of LA MIRADA, CA. I joined about 6 months ago, for 29 bucks a month, no enrollment fee. finally opened up today. I really didn't know what to except, as today
was the first day i was inside. HOLY SHIT IS THIS PLACE NICE. of course, as soon as i get there i have to shit :-[. so i went straight to the locker room. shit house was nice, all stainless steel. nice lockers, all brand new.
the place is huge. tons of cardio machines, a full weight room, rubber weights, tons of plates. a snack bar, bag room, jiujitsu room, all kinds of kettle bars, a octagon,ect.
but the best part for me is the space. if you want to lift alone, its easy to find a space and do your thing. lots of room, they even have a outside area for cross fit shit.
not bad for only 29 bucks a month, no contract. and its only 15 minutes from my house. I'm in love on the first date :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

people aren't trying to be cage fighters. that type of cardio boxing and hitting the mitts are great cardio builders. we all know what happened to ronda rousey, she was great on the mitts, but
got knocked out. the people are normal people, just trying to get into shape. :'(

i looked at the girl puzzled and asked again. She said u had to join first or your not allowed on the floor. I couldn't believe it. It's a glorified gym. I left. Now that was a couple years ago. Maybe Dana has lightened up on the rules now. Or whoever the f owns it.

The gyms have nothing to do with Dana White. UFC is licensing their name to be used for franchises which require almost $1M for the proper space and buildout. $29 is dirt cheap. Most pre-opening sales are $59 or $69/mo. which is still a good deal considering BJJ gyms start at $100/mo in most places and are small and have nothing but a mat.

First round 2012 but he was an NFL combine invite. This other kid is a prospect likely and expected to hit the draft after his pro-day.
