I'm not sure if Vietnamese noodle soup (Pho) is as popular in the US as it is here in Canada. But damn, a big hot bowl of Pho after a hard workout feels mighty awesome in the winter months. Much cleaner calories, and the body seems to process it pretty good. If you haven't Pho before, give it a shot. Tasty stuff indeed.

how man carbs and protein are in a bowl?
-
Around 350 to 450 calories per bowl, with 35 to 50 grams of carbs, 30 grams of protein
-
it's delicious. Love that stuff

I'd doubt there was 30 g of protein in most bowls of Pho I've seen. Not much meat.

If that's accurate, not bad!
I just don't trust them for quality meat/food in general though...

It is popular here where I'm at. It's great to eat when you have a cold. I put a lot of cock sauce and chili oil in it.
