So, you are blind and evaluate the pictures by touching the monitor with your forehead? Ronnie is far better shape, Kevin is soft like a tit, no cuts what so ever. For god sake, why don't you nerds take time and learn how these competitors should be judged? There is rules for that, certain things which help you to understand why the placing's goes like they do:
Bodybuilders are judged on the overall quality of their muscular development. Judging is based upon the presentation of:
Mass
Definition
Proportion
Symmetry
Stage Presence
At the comparison Ronnie wins the size, the depth of the muscles(mass), he is dryer, show more cuts(definition), he presents himself better, he is better poser (stage presence) so he wins three from five. Fans of Kevin will be disappointed, and still after years they are writing about this quite simple and clear judging, just because they are idiots ;D

2003 Coleman was the most impressive ever to stand on stage he was light years ahead of everybody. Like you said it might be 10-20 years before we see anything like that again. The only thing Kevin might have been better than Coleman was is POSING. That's about it. Coleman beats him in every thing else.
Okay so Kevin had better triceps but at the end of the day he couldn't hold a candle to Coleman.

Out of curiosity, how do you find the time to post on average 15 times a day on a bodybuilding site? Did you just wake up one day last year and say to yourself, I want to devote a good part of my day to being on getbig? This actually goes for all posters who literally live on here and have a higher post count than people who have been on here for a decade or more (like me).

People are looking for freaks. Something not of this world. Someone that makes your jaw drop. Something that you point at, say Ramy's quads, and say "Look at that! How can that be? How can a leg be so huge?"

Kevin was a little more aesthetically pleasing than Ronnie and had better tricpes but when he turned around he sort of faded away next to Ronnie. He wasn't better. It will be a whole new generation of Getbiggers on here before we ever see anything come close to Ronnie in his prime.
