Nearly every vegan lifting video I have seen is so out of touch! One fruitarian was discussing how he has maintained and increased his muscle mass, showing how he progressed in the standing overhead press from a one rep max of about 100 or so, to 135 for a single (with gut wrenching, back breaking effort and form).
